All estimates are provided free of charge and without obligation. Estimates are based on the information available to us at the time and the condition of the surfaces to be cleaned. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual condition or scope of the work differs materially from what was originally described.
4. Scheduling & Cancellation
Service dates and times are scheduled in good faith and may be affected by weather, equipment availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule promptly and communicate any changes. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to provide us with safe and reasonable access to the areas to be cleaned, to secure pets and remove fragile or valuable items from work areas, and to inform us of any surfaces, fixtures, or areas that require special care or are known to be damaged.
6. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the payment methods indicated on your invoice. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by law.
7. Communications & SMS
By providing your phone number to us, you consent to receive phone calls and text messages (SMS) from Hogan Pressure Solutions regarding your inquiries, estimates, appointment reminders, and related service communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply — standard carrier fees could be charged by your mobile carrier. You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us directly.
8. Liability & Disclaimer
We perform our services using methods matched to each surface and exercise reasonable care to avoid damage. However, we cannot guarantee results on surfaces that are already damaged, deteriorated, or pre-stained. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue.
